JABER CLINICAL PHARMACY CONFERENCE 2025 – ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INFORMATION

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

All abstracts must be submitted online ONLY, at the official website, “www.jcpckwt.com“, before March 3, 2025.

Any abstract submitted after the deadline will be summarily REJECTED.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Language:

Abstracts must be written exclusively in clear English, briefly summarizing the content to be presented.
The Abstract Committee – E-Poster reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as one of the categories of submission and its decision is final.
The Committee may conditionally accept an abstract and ask the authors to edit for grammar and clarity before final acceptance.

Structure:

The title must be brief, concise, and in CAPITAL LETTERS.
The authors’ names have to be mentioned as you wish them to appear in the abstract book preceded by initials. Please underline the Presenting Author.
The Abstract text should have a minimum of 200 words and a maximum of 300 words only.
Font should be TIMES NEW ROMAN and size to be 12.
The Abstract Committee reserves the right to redact any submission.
NO References or KEYWORDS to be included in the abstract.
Abbreviations should be spelled out in parenthesis, in their first use in the abstract.

(1) Abstracts submitted by email, fax, or post will NOT be accepted. The Congress organizers will not accept responsibility for any abstracts that have not been correctly submitted according to the instructions.

(2) The presenting author should register at the congress and attend in person.

(3) Corresponding author will be notified via E mail regarding abstract acceptance.

(4) Upon acceptance, abstracts should be prepared as e-posters with certain size specifications, and submitted in PDF format by March 3, 2025. Detailed guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.
